Huygens Professional (SVI) is 3D software used to deconvolve 3D datasets to greatly increase the SNR. It also has powerful analysis capabilities including particle analysis and colocalization.
The best way to connect to Huygens is via a rdp client. On Macs the best one is Jump Desktop. On Windows use Windows App. Of course, there are several alternative apps for both Mac and Windows.
Note that X11 has been deprecated in MacOS.
